About 70% of our body is made of water. By ensuring that the fluid flowing between our cells (intercellular circulation) does not become stagnant, and by flushing out extra fluid and waste products, we create a healthy “internal environment” where cells can thrive.

Aromapressure operates on the principle that stagnant flow is a major root cause of physical discomfort. When your elimination and circulation systems work properly, your body is purified from the inside out, allowing your cells to maximize their natural metabolism and detox processes.

When your legs feel swollen and tight, fluid is trapped beneath the skin. This trapped fluid contains tiny pieces of fat cells, blood cell debris, pathogens, and waste products.

Flushing these out instead of letting them build up leads to true detoxification and healthy aging. It recovers your energy, improves skin condition, boosts metabolism for fat burning, supports your immune system, and brings mental stability.

Cells can only function at their best when they are swimming in a clean, fresh current.

Every person naturally possesses the inner power to be beautiful.

To Aromapressure, true beauty is not something manufactured from the outside. It is a healthy radiance that flows naturally from within.

To grow beautiful fruit, you first need rich, healthy soil. No matter how expensive a skincare cream you apply, you cannot grow fresh, glowing fruit if the soil—your internal environment—is ignored.

When your body is balanced on the inside and filled with energy on the outside, even a simple T-shirt looks incredibly beautiful on you.

That is why we hope more people will focus their awareness on nurturing and balancing their own internal environment.

Anti-aging means slowing down the natural aging process and the decline of bodily functions that occur over time, and sometimes even reversing those processes. As we age, our bodies become more vulnerable to illness, and a phenomenon called oxidation is the main culprit behind this.

While oxygen is essential for life, the process of creating energy inside our body generates free radicals as a byproduct. Just like metal oxidizes and rusts, this same process happens inside our bodies, leading to aging.

To visualize this, imagine your cells as fish swimming in an internal ocean.

This ocean (the fluid between your cells) is where all bodily functions are born and serves as the foundation for keeping cells youthful and active. Keeping this ocean clean is absolutely vital for your cells.

About 70% of the body is made up of a fluid that closely resembles seawater, while blood accounts for only about 5 liters of that total.

This intercellular fluid acts as a transportation highway, carrying nutrients and oxygen from the blood vessels to the cells, and bringing back carbon dioxide and water. Meanwhile, the lymphatic vessels are responsible for picking up waste products, pathogens, and extra fluid.

The Aromapressure technique focuses on balancing the purity and water levels of this “ocean.” It clears the pathways and currents so that cells can properly metabolize and regenerate.

Imagine a polluted river or a murky sea. Fish that live in clean water stay youthful and healthy. Your cells are exactly the same.

The Two Keys to Anti-Aging:

  1. Cleaning the fluid around the cells and balancing moisture levels → This creates the foundation for optimal cell exchange, metabolism, and regeneration.
  2. Keeping lymphatic circulation in excellent condition → This is the necessary requirement for the immune system to function at its best.

Aromapressure care restores these environments, slows down the aging process, and helps the body maintain its natural, youthful vitality.

The Aromapressure technique boosts internal circulation and flushes out extra fluid, which slims the body by reducing excess physical volume.

This reduction in volume brings your cells and capillaries closer together, creating an environment where your metabolism can function much more easily.

Fat can only be reduced through burning, and boosting your metabolism is absolutely essential for that burning process to happen. Metabolism is the chemical process by which your body converts the nutrients you consume into energy.

After a treatment session, a biological reaction called hysteresis also occurs, causing elastic fibers in the tissue to contract and tighten.

It is important to know that fat cannot be reduced by a quick massage or a magic potion. Additionally, while some slimming methods involve wrapping the body in plastic wrap or cloth to apply pressure and induce sweating, these methods do not actually reduce fat.

A 2004 Nikkei BP “Med Wave” column featured a week-long Aromapressure seminar in Tokyo, documenting a reporter’s experience of loosened footwear after the treatment.

Analysis of participant data showed thigh reductions of 5mm to 26mm and calf reductions of 3mm to 9mm among Japanese women in their 20s to 40s.

The findings suggested a 2% reduction in leg volume, amounting to roughly 300ml of water elimination per leg. More information is available on the Nikkei BP Med Wave website.

Massage and physical therapy bridge the “missing link” between active medical treatment and doing nothing, offering essential support for patient recovery and QOL by addressing lingering pain, swelling, and anxiety.

Professional therapists complement medical care by reducing these discomforts to guide clients toward holistic physical and mental health.

The Power of Wild Plants

Aromapressure prioritizes the use of wildcrafted essential oils, valuing the raw power of plants nurtured by their natural environment over cultivated organic alternatives.

Since the 1980s, Aromapressure has advocated for this approach, selecting wild ingredients—such as Spanish rosemary and American cedarwood—for their superior quality. More information about Aromapressure Clinical Aromatherapy™ can be found on this website.

At Aromapressure, we use wildcrafted (wild) essential oils whenever possible.

This is because wild plants develop their chemical components based on their local soil and climate, holding the raw power of the earth within them. Today, there is a popular trend that “as long as it is organic, it is good.” However, we reevaluate the true value of wildcrafted plants and actively use them.

This approach reflects the philosophy of Daniel Mardon, which has remained unchanged since the 1980s—long before the organic boom even started. Since around 2009, there has been an increase in products and aromatherapists using wildcrafted ingredients. Yet, as pioneers in this field, we continue to respect and honor the power of wild plants.

When wildcrafted plants are not available, we choose organic options from dedicated producers who create high-quality ingredients with true integrity.

Take rosemary, for example. We used to use organic rosemary, but today, we use wildcrafted rosemary from Spain. This choice was made after using it consistently and experiencing the clear difference ourselves.

Another example is cedarwood, a majestic tree in the cypress family. Since the United States has beautiful, natural cedarwood forests, we use wildcrafted essential oil extracted directly from those trees.

In countries like India, Australia, Croatia, Madagascar, and Brazil, many wild plants still thrive under the care of Mother Nature and her fertile soil. We are deeply committed to respecting and preserving these precious gifts from the Earth.
